These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of services available on our Site.

Free Trial Class

We offer the following free trial class, this class will be a 30 minute introductory lesson. This free lesson will go over the curriculum, the learning goals, class structure and assess the student to advise which program the student should enroll in. Besides assessing the students, you also need to ensure that students are interested and enjoying the class and we are the right fit for their needs.

To cancel your free trial, please follow these steps: Email us at info@robolabcorp.com or call us at 6478947161 at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled free trial date, to cancel or reschedule your one-time free trial class. 

Payment of Service/Payments

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card

  • PayPal

  • Cash

  • Apple Pay

  • Bank Payments

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument.

If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

Monthly Payments

Your monthly payments can be automatically renewed. For automatic subscriptions, you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription.

Pay period is committed based on the length of program chosen. Cancelations and refunds will only be applied by contacting Robo Lab Corp. 48 hours after payment. 

Refunds for Services

We provide refunds for services sold on our Site as follows:

  • You must notify Robo Lab Corp. (through email/phone or in person) if you are withdrawing your child from the classes.

  • Full amount is refundable until 48 hours before the first class start date and time.


Anti-Bully Policy 

Robo Lab Corp. is committed to maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment, free from all forms of bullying. Protecting our students from any type of bullying is our top priority. Bullying, which refers to any deliberate and repetitive actions causing physical or emotional harm, or discomfort,  is strictly forbidden within our program. We strongly encourage students who experience or witness bullying to promptly report it to an instructor. Reports will be handled confidentially, and impartial investigations will be carried out. Consequences for participating in bullying activities may include verbal and written warnings, suspension, or termination of tutoring services. This policy undergoes annual review and updates to ensure continuous effectiveness and relevance, creating a positive and respectful learning environment for all students associated with RoboLab.

Medical Emergency Policy 

In the event of a medical emergency, Robo Lab Corp. personnel will first attempt to contact the parent(s)/guardian(s) before administering or authorizing any treatment. I agree and hereby grant Robo Lab Corp. permission to authorize emergency medical treatment, if necessary. I understand and agree that Robo Lab Corp. assumes no responsibility for any injury or damage, which might arise out of or in connection with such authorized emergency medical treatment. I acknowledge that it is my sole responsibility to notify, inform, and update Robo Lab Corp. of any medical conditions of Child, including but not limited to known drug and food allergies, known dietary restrictions, and other medical conditions.

Pick Up Policy

Only individuals listed as the parent/guardian or emergency contact of the child and must be at least 18 years old, are permitted to collect my child from tutoring sessions. The pick-up person may be asked to present their photo ID for confirmation. I further acknowledge that my child will not be released to any person not listed as a parent/guardian or emergency contact, and it is my responsibility to communicate with Robo Lab Corp. for any necessary changes regarding picking up the child. I hereby release Robo Lab Corp from any liability associated with the release of my child to individuals that are the parent/guardian or emergency contact including situations where the authorized person provides a photo ID as confirmation of identity.

Assumption of Risk 

By enrolling in Robo Lab Corp's tutoring services, I acknowledge and assume the inherent risks in utilizing the Program and associated independent activities. My child's participation may expose them to dangers such as personal injury, theft, or property damage. In consideration of this opportunity, I waive and assume all risks on behalf of myself and my child, including interactions with staff, computer technology, and any related activities. I acknowledge potential risks, assume expenses for accidents or illnesses, and agree to accept all risks associated with my child's conduct. This Waiver and Assumption of Risk are voluntarily entered into on behalf of myself and my child in favor of Robo Lab Corp.

Release of Liability 

In consideration of my child's participation in Robo Lab Corp's tutoring services, I, the undersigned guardian, hereby release and discharge Robo Lab Corp, its tutors, employees, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm that may be sustained by my child or myself during or as a result of participation in the tutoring services.

I acknowledge and understand the inherent risks associated with educational activities, and I voluntarily assume these risks on behalf of my child and myself. These risks include, but are not limited to, personal injury, property damage, and any unforeseen circumstances that may arise during the tutoring sessions.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Robo Lab Corp from any claims or liabilities, including legal fees, arising from my child's participation in the tutoring services. This release of liability applies to all activities, interactions, and events organized or sponsored by Robo Lab Corp in connection with the tutoring program.

I further acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Release of Liability Clause without any inducement or representation other than the explicit terms herein. I understand the importance of assuming personal responsibility for my child's engagement in the tutoring services provided by Robo Lab Corp.

Consumer Protection Law & Applicable Law

Where the Consumer Protection Act, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Changes

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
